Dr. Ulmer provides care for all types of orthopaedic problems with special emphasis on sports medicine and arthroscopy.

William H. Ulmer Jr., D.O., received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training in orthopaedics at Memorial Hospital in York, PA. In addition to his medical education,

Dr. Ulmer completed fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopy at Orthopedic Research of Virginia, where he had the opportunity to provide care to all levels of athletes, from the Special Olympics to the Washington Redskins.

Dr. Ulmer utilizes the latest and most advanced techniques to treat injuries of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle. He prefers to do the majority of his work, when possible, arthroscopically.
