The Center for Pain Management and Rehabilitation is staffed by a team of physicians and other professionals trained to provide a caring approach in managing the patient's pain. Our comprehensive program begins with a thorough evaluation followed by an individualized program tailored to the specific needs of each patient. Treatment can include therapy, exercise, medications, or non-operative interventional techniques. The OSS Pain Management Team is led by Drs. Michael B. Furman, Dennis M. Grolman, and Michael A. Klein. Each physician is board certified in his respective specialty, and each brings to the team the latest advances in pharmacology, technology, and diagnosis in the management of pain. They are committed to alleviating their patient's pain.

Discogram
A Discogram is a diagnostic test performed to view and assess the internal structure of a disc and determine if it is the source of pain. A special needle is inserted into the disc (or discs) in question and then injecting a radiopaque dye.
