We specialize in caring for musculoskeletal related pain, with special interest in the non-surgical care of the neck and back. With our team approach we are able to provide multi-level pain management treatments including therapy, exercise, medication, when necessary non-surgical interventional treatments including x-ray guided spinal injections.

Our physicians offer a wide range of spine procedures. These procedures are minimally invasive and involve no surgery.

As a York based musculoskeletal pain management program, We provide these minimally invasive procedures using a local anesthetic and occasionally "twilight" sedation. Procedures usually last less than an hour and the patient is able to walk away from the treatment center the same day.
